New Day, and the Project Starts

I started loading the photographs for photoshop.com this morning, the beginnings of the resources and references for people taking part in the art portion of the Shakespeare's Face project. The link will appear here as soon as everything is organized.

Later this week the call for particpants will start going out to facebook, twitter, and as many Shakespeare and art resources as I can manage.

Want to support this project? Go to http://cafepress.com/shakespearesface and become a patron of your own Shakespeare!

Young Shakespeare by Sandra Lynn Sparks

Personally, I think if he hadn't left Stratford Upon Avon he would have gone postal on everyone... young Shakespeare, Sandra Lynn Sparks, 2009

Shakespeare's Face is revealed!

This journal covers the development of a combined theater and art project called Shakespeare's Face. In additiion to the development and production of several plays on Shakespeare as man and concept, there will be an evergrowing project that invites people to show their idea of what Shakespeare looks like to them.

Here's hoping that we can coax thousands of Shakespeares into being viewed, from all around the world...
